Independent homesteads. Locally skilled communities.
Design objective: Reduce everyday dependence on centralized services and government assistance by increasing household self-sufficiency and building local concentrations of skilled residents empowered by AI-guided learning. These are capability goals, not claims of independence from laws or public services.
Proposed land range
Fooy's residential concept spans ½ to 100 acres per lot. A compact site can support a home, micro-garden, solar generation, rainwater storage and small workshop. Larger properties can expand production, storage, agriculture, repair and stewardship. No parcels have been selected or offered; exact uses require engineering and local approval.
Core household functions
- Electricity: on-site solar generation, storage and islandable essential-load designs where technically feasible; optional wind after a resource assessment.
- Rainwater: roof collection and modular tanks, appropriate separation, treatment, overflow and backflow measures; future designs must meet applicable requirements.
- Food: micro-gardens and seed starting in each home model, with orchards, greenhouses and working plots according to lot size and climate.
- Fabrication: CNC machines, 3D printers and repair workshops within homes or shared facilities, with safe operation and training.
- Local intelligence: household-owned computing, documented skills, Sprovik guidance and PAD interfaces, including useful operation during external connectivity loss where possible.
- Neighbors: voluntarily share equipment, training and expertise; residents can improve their skills, not simply be selected for skills they already possess.
Excavation and land reclamation
The physical-development model also includes responsible excavation, grading, drainage and land reclamation on suitable disturbed or underused sites. Engineering, soil and environmental review precede any earthmoving or residential planning.
