Restore the land. Empower the residents.
Early Fooy designs described a community where homes, local food, renewable energy, workshops and education would reinforce one another. The Texas pilot concept focused on improving land conditions and building a neighborhood that could do more with local resources.
The original plans emphasized land health, native planting, gardens and long-term resilience. Later design work sharpened the emphasis on resident independence, practical AI instruction and a deliberately skilled local community.
Western Australia appeared in early vision materials as a possible later chapter, not as a secured project or confirmed site.
