Build Evolution

How Fooy’s technical ideas became a citizen resources model.

From technology tracks to neighborhood capability.

During October and early November 2026, the public Build area included proposed technical systems, early PAD development, household computing, homestead planning, verification practices and general design records. The project’s direction broadened toward a community that makes its residents more capable.

In November 2026, Fooy separated these responsibilities: the main site communicates the mission; Build supplies reusable tools, guides and citizen resources; The Library focuses on household computing; Archive preserves historical decisions and design evolution.
